Regarding activity, we are not responsible for your activities on or off our site, whether or not you are using our services.
1.2 - Third-party Services/Assets: We are not responsible for any practices of third-party services. We are not obligated to disclose the names of any third-party services, assets, or practices that we do or don't use, with or without reason.
1.3 - Our Practices: We are not obligated to reveal our site/service practices.
1.4 - Downloading and Distributing/Redistributing: Downloading any assets/data from us, whether ours or third-party, absolves us of responsibility for any effects on you or your system/hardware. Distributing/redistributing is not permitted. You are not allowed to claim anything on or off our site/services as yours or re-host them. Only sharing our site's links to those items is permitted. (Note: Mods fall under term 1.4 but have their own section of terms in the Mods Terms Section, and 1.4 must be followed.)
1.5 - Sourcing/Copying/Code Theft: Prohibited. Opening browser dev tools/inspector and looking at the code is not permitted for any reason.
1.6 - JavaScript: Disabling JavaScript breaks our terms, and certain features/services may not work correctly. By disabling JavaScript, you waive all rights to use our site/services.

2. Redirecting Links
Notice 2.0: We utilize various types of redirection links on our site, including third-party redirection links, on-page mailto links, and our own custom redirection links.

Please refer to the following terms from Section 1:

1.1 - Your Privacy and Activity: By using our services, you waive all privacy protection rights. We are not responsible for your activities on or off our site, regardless of whether you are using our services.

The terms above extend to all redirection links. Please note, this section primarily addresses our own custom redirection links as part of update 6.8.7, effective 11/26/24.

2.1 - Use of Our Redirection Links: Flagging and Moderation: Use of our redirection links may result in users being flagged or facing actions by moderation teams, third-party services, or other entities. This may occur if the links are shared or used in ways deemed inappropriate by those services.

Prohibited Actions:

You must not use our redirection links for any malicious purpose.
You must not misrepresent or make our links appear harmful, inappropriate, or untrustworthy.
You must not create counterfeit or fraudulent links designed to mimic our official redirection links.

Disclaimer of Liability:

EthanA Videos, GHM, and all affiliates are not responsible for any actions, penalties, or consequences that arise from the use, misuse, or perception of our redirection links. Furthermore, we do not endorse or take responsibility for how you or others choose to use these links.

By using or interacting with our redirection links, you agree to abide by these terms and accept full responsibility for any consequences that may result from your actions.

More Information EAV Link System

BY DOWNLOADING, HAVING, OR USING ANY MOD OR PART OF THE EAV MODS, YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

1. License Grant

1.1. Ownership: EAV (EthanA Videos) retains all ownership rights to the mods, including all intellectual property rights.
1.2. License: EAV grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the mods subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
1.3. Updates: EAV reserves the right to update or modify this license agreement without notice or reason. It is your responsibility to check for updates. Once a new version of the license agreement is released, any previous versions are no longer valid.


2. Restrictions

2.1. Distribution: You are not allowed to reupload, rebrand, change, or share the mods, except by linking to the approved places listed below for downloading:

2.2. Modification: You are not allowed to edit, add, remove, or upload any part of the mods without explicit written permission from EAV.


3. Video Reviews and Use

If you review or use EAV mods in a video, you must include the following information in the video description and/or a pinned comment:
"The following mods shown in this video are made, distributed, and owned by EthanA Videos:
Mod Names: 'Mod 1', 'Mod 2', 'Mod 3'
The EthanA Videos mods are only to be distributed by EAV approved places.

3.2. Review/Content Use: When creating content featuring EAV mods, you are not allowed to:
Make the EAV brand look bad.
Make the mods look bad.
Edit, add, remove any part of the mod.
Violate any terms of the GLA in any way.

3.3. Right to Decline: EAV reserves the right to decline your use of our mods in your video at any time without reason.


4. Disclaimer of Liability

4.1. No Liability: EAV, its affiliates, and its licensors shall not be held liable for any issues, damages, or losses that may or may not be caused by the mods, software, your hardware, operating system, documents, or property. The use of the mods is at your own risk.


5. Conclusion

This General License Agreement (GLA) represents the complete agreement between you and EAV concerning the EAV mods. By downloading, having, or using any mod or part of the EAV mods, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this GLA.
